How does the order process work?
Every Purchase is Made to Order. Once you complete your purchase a confirmation email will be sent to you. It takes 24 hours to process the order. Once the order is processed It usually takes 24 hours to fulfill the order. The order will be shipped out to your address 1-2 business days after you make your purchase.
What if there is a delay?
If you make a purchase and we accidentally forgot to change the product to sold out, you can either wait for the item to be back in stock (we will make it worth the wait if you choose this option) or you can choose a different item on our website of the same value and we will ship it to your given address.
Can I track My order?
Yes you will be able to track your order once you receive your order completion email. Once the order is complete we will send an email informing you that your order is complete and out for shipping. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the order is shipped and you will be able to track the order on our website or USPS tracking.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow up to 3-7 business days to receive your orders. All purchases are hand made with love in OKC. Most orders will arrive in 5 business days.
What are the shipping options?
When you're in your cart you have the ability of choosing from 3 available shipping options. You can choose regular shipping and it will be a flat rate shipping fee. The turn around for this option would be 3-7 business days. You can also choose delivery if you live in the OKC Metro area, that will be an extra $15 delivery fee. The turnaround for this option would be 24-48 hours. Lastly, you can choose pick up, and you can choose the date and time of the meet up and we would meet in the parking lot of Walmart in Edmond off of I-35. When choosing the date and time, you can give us your email or phone number and we will go into further detail on meeting at Walmart's parking lot. That will be a $10 local pick up fee. The turnaround for that option would be 24-48 hours.
Can I return/exchange my purchase?
No! No refunds or exchanges unless your purchase is incorrect or damaged on our end. In that case we will resend the correct product or you can choose a different product of same value and we will send it to your given address on US. If you want your money returned we will credit your card entered into our system that was used to make the purchase.
Check refund policy
Due to these items being very limited, we do not take returns or refunds/credit or exchange. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that you have selected the correct size and color of your items before you finalize your purchases. If you select wrong color or size sends us an email and we will get that corrected for you.
How do I wash and dry my purchase?
Machine wash on cold with the product inside out. Turn your product inside out and machine wash on cold ONLY. Tumble Dry on Low heat or HANG DRY ONLY. I mean I would HANG DRY ONLY for the best results, but yet again that's just me.
